彼女は地獄鴉であり、地霊殿に住んでいます。

古明地さとりのペットであり、元々は普通の地獄鴉でした。
しかし外部から来たばかりの神奈子、諏訪子の手によって太陽の化身である八咫烏の力を与えられました。
結果彼女は核エネルギーを扱うことが出来る様になりました。
その様子を見た火焔猫燐は彼女の危機、そして地底の危機を感じて地上に怨霊を送り込みました。

3. Reiuji Utsuho is an end-stage boss from Touhou Chireiden ~ Subterranean Animism.
She is a Hell raven, and lives in the underground world.

She Komeiji Satori's pet, and once was a normal Hell raven.
However, she was given the power of Yatagarasu, the incarnation of the sun by Kanako and Suwako soon after they came from outside.
As a result, she gained the power to control nuclear energy.
Seeing this, Kaenbyou Rin realized the danger she was to herself and the earth, and sent her revengeful ghosts.
