Lady Gaga is the March cover girl for the US edition of Vogue. Reports of this issue first surfaced back in November when Gaga was seen around Antwerp, Belgium. The spread was shot at the Museum of Fine Arts by Mario Testino. The issue hits shelves February 22nd.
