本日、商品は無事に受け取りました。
ありがとうございます。

しかし今回は、すべての製品のラベルに人為的な傷が入っています。
なぜでしょうか？
以前購入した時にはラベルに傷はありませんでした。
理由があるなら、教えてください。

このような傷があると日本では製品の価値が下がってしまいます。
近いうちにまた購入したいと思っていますので、次回は傷のないものを送っていただけますか？
それとも、それは不可能でしょうか？

前回と同じ１個あたり$50（送料込み）で売っていただけますか？

I received the product today.
Thank you very much.

But all the labels on the product has some scratch.
Do you know why did it happen?
The last time there was no scratch.

In Japan,I can not charge regular price for the product with these scratch.
I am planning to buy some more in near future,so please send me those without scratch next time?
Or,would you say it is impossible?

Can you sell it for $50,which is exactly same price than the last time.
