まず、内容物に不足があるとのことで、私は大変申し訳ないと感じています。出品時に写真撮影をしましたが、７本パックが入っていませんでしたか？恐れ入りますがもう一度だけ、確認していただけないでしょうか？また、私はThere are complete sets except for valves.　と記載も行いましたので、valveはセットに含まれません。とはいえ、きっとお困りですので、ご協力させてください。

First, I am truly sorry that there is a shortage of the contents. I took a photograph of it on listing, and wonder if there is a 7-unit pack in the package. I would appreciate it if you could check it out. And as I mentioned "There are complete sets except for valves.", any valves are not included in the set. Anyway, I understand you are in trouble, so I would like to work it out.
