昨晩、DHLから、サンプル商品の出荷と思われる書類を頂き、納品先が大阪でしたが、東京に指示を変更致しました。サンプルは本当に昨日、出荷されていますか？展示会が近いので土曜日までには東京に納品したいのでよろしくお願い致します。

Last night I received the document from DHL, which supposedly mentioned about the shipping of the sample product. Though I have changed the delivery destination from Osaka to Tokyo, has the sample been dispatched yesterday for sure? I would appreciate if you make sure the goods are delivered by Saturday to Tokyo as the exhibition is approaching.
