We use Surface Air Lifted “SAL” for “Standard” shipping method and it takes 2-4 weeks from Japan to your country. For “Expedited” shipping method, we use Express Mail Service “EMS” to deliver your items from Japan and it takes 5-10 days to your country.

NOTE
We strongly recommend you to select “Expedited” by EMS “Express Mail Service.” EMS provides a tracking number so that you can check the status of your order online. We will let you know a tracking number once your item is shipped out. And also, EMS has insurance and if your order have been lost or damaged, you can claim for the loss/damage under insurance.
