転送依頼を行った後に、商品が到着した場合一緒に発送することは可能でしょうか？

逆に、転送依頼を行った後に、商品が到着した場合、次回の転送依頼をするまでに保管すること可能でしょうか？

上記の手続きを行う場合はどの管理画面でどのような手続きを行えばいいのでしょうか？
