日本のDHLから連絡がありました。


本件の運送契約はDHL豪州とMODEL MART様2社間にて
契約は締結しております。その際に交わされて内容では
運送事故があった場合は日本側ではなく豪州側で
DHLは補償するという内容となっております。今回の破損の詳細はすでに
DHL豪州側へは伝えてございます。

従いまして、大変申し訳ございませんがその
２社間協議の内容は日本側には知らせはまいりません
補償につきましてはMODEL MART様へお問い合わせください。

I got informed by DHL Japan.

The delivery contract for this case is concluded between DHL Australia and MODEL MART. According to the contract, DHL compensates not in Japan but in Australia in case the delivery incident happens. I have already informed DHL Australia of details of this broken item.

Therefore, I hate to say it, but we in Japan's side will not get informed of what is discussed among the two companies and please contact MODEL MARTabout the compensation.
