本件の運送契約はDHL豪州とMODEL MART様2社間にて
契約は締結しております。その際に交わされて内容では
運送事故があった場合は日本側ではなく豪州側で
DHLは補償するという内容となっております。今回の破損の詳細はすでに
DHL豪州側へは伝えてございます。
従いまして、大変申し訳ございませんがその
２社間協議の内容は日本側には知らせはまいりません
補償につきましてはMODEL MART様へお問い合わせください。
DHL JAPAN 貴方が検品をして発送したことは理解しております。
これは運送中に起こった事故です。
壊れたものは1箱から集中して発見されました。
他の箱は問題なかったので、おそらく箱を投げたか落としたか、そんなところだと思います。
豪州DHLに貴方からクレームを言ってください。
保険を使えば問題ないと思います。
私は今後も貴方と取引をしたいと考えておりますが、最悪の場合、PAYPALに相談します。

On the agreement, DHL is to cover at Australian side, not in Japan side in case of any transportation acidents. In this case, details of the damage have already been informed to DHL Australia.
Therefore, we are afraid to inform you that any information discussed between the above two parties will not be notified to Japan side. As for the compensation, please kindly contact MODEL MART, thank you.
