昨夜送っていただいた、「Thank you for ordering from OpticSale.com!」というタイトルの下記メールは、商品購入手続きが済んでいるということですか？
もしまだなら私はクレジットカードの番号を送信しなければならないということですか？
それとも以前のクレジット情報を元にオーダーが完了しているということですか？
出来るだけ簡単な英語でお願いします。

In regard to the email titled "Thank yo ufor ordering from OpticSale.com!" that you sent me last night, does that mean the process of item purchas is already comnpleted?
If not, does that mean I have to send my credit number?
Or is the order complete based on the previous credit card information?
Please explain in easy-to-understand English.
