As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.

There’s a pre-printed label on the returns note included with your order – just peel it off and stick it to the front of the parcel – remember to include your returns note in your parcel.

If you haven't got your returns note anymore, click here to print a new one.

It can take up to 21 working days for your return to reach us. As soon as we’ve received it, we’ll send you a confirmation email and sort out a refund for you.

当方に到着するまで、荷物はお客様の責任範囲となります。郵送手配をされる際、証明となるものが手元に残る方法にしてください。万一、荷物が紛失した場合でも、発送した証明となります。

お送りした商品に返品申請の書式を印刷したものが添付されていますので、はがして、お送りいただく荷物の見えるところに貼り付けてください。荷物の中にも返品申請書を同梱いただくようお願いいたします。

返品いただいた荷物が当方に到着するのに21営業日かかる場合があります。荷物が到着次第、受領のEメールをお送りし、返金の手続きをいたします。
