Several mistakes found.
I will start with more signifiacant one of them.

1) the shoebox is broken by the transportation company -> TOTALLY WRONG
2) do an exchange -> TOTALLY WRONG In this case, it has to be "get an exchange"
3) the products tags has been detached -> Grammatically wrong It must be "the product[no "s" needed] tags have[plural] been detached"

The below is minor, or cannot be a mistake. Just consider it as my recommendation.
4) "the point is not attached" sounds odd to me. But I think it depends on the way each person speaks, so you can leave it as it is if you want.
