いつも迅速に対応いただき感謝しております。
送っていただいた商品ですが、正常に動作しない状態です。
電源は入りますが、ヘッドの振動がありません。
御社より20台ほど同一の商品を購入していますが、初めてのケースです。
交換を希望します。
送料が高くなるのですが、こちらで負担になりますか？
船便なので時間がかかります。御社に到着後に換えの商品を送るのでしょうか?

The item recieved does not function properly.
It can be switched on but head does not vibrate.
Although i have bought same item for about 20 units, this is the first case.
I would like to request for replacement.
For return shipment, cost will be higher and should i cover this cost?
It takes time due to sea shipment.Would you send me the replacement after you recieve this item?
