この度ついに口径90mmの太陽望遠鏡を手にすることができました。予想以上の性能で、これまでの望遠鏡とは次元が違うように感じます。ハイエンドHα太陽望遠鏡にふさわしく、高分解能で表現される太陽のプロミネンスと彩層面は圧巻です。望遠鏡本体の重量感がかなりあり、架台への取り付けに不安がありましたが、特に問題なくスムーズにセッティングできました。これからのシーズンの太陽観測がとても楽しみになりました。高額な買い物でしたが、とても満足です。

I have finally received the 90mm aperture solar telescope in my hands (lit. this time). With the performance more than as expected, I feel that this is in a different level from the other solar telescopes so far. 'High-end' solar telescope suited for Hα*, with the ability to see the sun's prominence and (solar) chromosome as the highlights. Of course its body is heavy and thick, and the installation of it to the stand was not easy, especially setting it (to work) smoothly. But after that, I was able to enjoy solar observations through the seasons. This one may have caused a lot of money, but it is really satisfying.


*H-alpha (Hα) is a specific red visible spectral line in the Balmer series created by hydrogen with a wavelength of 656.28 nm, which occurs when a hydrogen electron falls from its third to second lowest energy level.
