Hi, sorry that you didn't your plates yet, but don't worry. It's not unusual that it takes a little longer around Christmas. You've chosen the cheaper way to get it shipped non-priority, which always takes longer, because the priority parcels are first and the air cargo is limited. You never know how long it takes to Japan... Last year I had parcels which took only one week and others up to six weeks! Your plates have been shipped Dec. 5th very well packed.
