商品が１つ届きません
こんにちは。
12月11日にバッグが１つ届きましたが、後から注文した赤いバッグが先に届きました。
先に発送してもらった茶色のバッグはまだ届いていません。
以前も商品が届かなかった事があったので、また届かないのではないかと心配になり
メールいたしました。
12月20日に引越しをするので、それまでに届かないと受け取りができない可能性も
あるので、早めの到着を希望しています。
急ぎの便でもう1度発送してもらう事は可能ですか？

Missing Item
Hello
I have received one bag on Dec. 11. However, in fact it was the red one that I ordered later than the brown bag.
The brown bag that was shipped before the red one has not arrived yet.
I am afraid that that the bag is lost in transition as it happened before.
Since I am moving on Dec. 20, I concern that I may not be able to receive the item after the date. So, I would like to receive it as soon as possible.
Is it possible to ship it via express again?
