発送方法は何ですか？追跡が可能な場合は発送後に追跡番号も教えてください。
12月20日に引越しをするのですが、送り先は現在の住所（クレジットカードの請求先住所と同じ）
になっているため20日までに届かないと受け取りができないかもしれないので、とても心配しています。
カードの請求先住所は20日以降に新住所へ変更になります。
もし今から発送しても20日までに届かない場合、発送先住所を新住所へ変更してもらう事は
できますか？必要な場合は運転免許証とクレジットカードの画像を添付いたします。

What will the delivery method be? If it is trackable, please let me know the tracking number after you send it. I will move on December 20th, but since the delivery address is my current address (same for the invoice address for credit card), I might not be able to receive it if it doesn't reach me by 20th, so I'm very worried. Invoice address for the credit card will be changed to the new address after 20th.
If you cannnot assure delivery by 20th even if you send it now, will you change my delivery address to the new one? If necessary, I will attach images of my driver's license and credit card.
