それから、"send the delivery" という表現が果たして有効かどうか分かりません。
また、原文から一体「何」を発送してもらうのか分からないので、日本語訳は難しいところです。

私なら、"send the package(s)" として、英訳の依頼者へのメッセージを残します。
「何を発送して頂くのか分かりませんでしたので、"package" と致しました」という具合に。
