まるでヒロキはその部屋でその日私が来るまで何年もの間眠っていたようだった。私たちは今21歳で、私たちが会わなくなってから今までの15歳から21歳までの6年間は人間にとって人生の中でも刺激的な期間であって、大きな変化をもたらすものだ。私は高校に入学して、友達関係の難しさや、いじめや、恋など、人並みにいろいろ経験した期間だった。私の身の回りにある服やかばんや部屋の模様はすっかり7年前とは別物になって、私自身も大きくなって、顔立ちも少し大人になった。

Hiroki seemd as if he had been sleeping for a long time in his room until I came over that day.
Now we are both 21. The six years from age 15 to 21, that is the period since we stopped seeing each other till now, are the most thrilling times and make a lot of changes in everybody's lives. That was the period I experienced so much like others in my high school, the difficulty of friendship, bullying, crush and so on. As well as my clothing, bags and the look of my room had completely changed from seven years ago, I have grown and my face also developed into adults.

I think "my face developed into adults" does not make sense (not grammatically correct) but overall, well done. :)
