It is likewise a condition of this contract that in the events the LESSEE should pre-terminate this contract before the expiration date, the LESSOR shall have the right to forfeit the two (2) months deposit in the possession of the LESSOR at the time of termination of contract by way of damage for the breach of contract including forfeiture of his no- interest bearing deposit equivalents to two (2) months rental; After the expiration of the contract the two (2) months deposit will be returned to the LESSEE after thirty (30) days and after deducting whatever unpaid bills ( electricity, telephone bills and damage to the property).
この契約において、賃借人が契約満了日以前に解約した場合の条件として、賃主は解約の時点で2ヵ月分の家賃に相当する無利子の前受金と2ヵ月分の保証金を、違約金として没収することができる。契約が満了してから30日後に、2ヵ月分の保証金から未納請求分を差し引いた(電気代、電話代、修復費用)金額が賃借人に返却されます。
