補助の内容は、会期前日の６日から10までの5日間、HKTDCまたはメッセ・フランクフルト（香港）の提携先のホテルに宿泊する新規バイヤーに参加日数に応じた宿泊代を差し引くというもの。1日参加の場合900香港ドル、2日間で1500香港ドル、3日間以上で2100香港ドル（約2万1500円）の補助となる。対象となるのは、1社につき1ホテル、１室まで。
また、同展の公式航空会社のキャセイパシフィック航空とドラゴンエアーは、展示会参加者のためだけにおいて特別航空券も用意している。
The hotel sponsorship program offers discount rates to new buyers who stay in a hotel partnered with Messe Frankfrut (HK) according to the number of days they participate in the Fair.
