The Publisher shall be solely responsible for obtaining permission at its own expense to use any matereal, whether text, photographs, illustrations, and other art included in the Work or on the jacket for which permission was obtained from a copyright proprietor other than the Author of the Work.
The Proprietor agrees to make best efforts to notify the Publisher what, if any, interior materials included in the Work require clearance for use in the Translation.

出版者のみが自分の費用でもってその作品やジャケットに含まれるテキスト、写真、イラスト、その他の芸術許可を得る責任があります。その許可は、作者以外に著作権保持者から獲得しなければいけない。
著作権保持者は内部に含まれた素材について翻訳に使用するための許可がいるかどうか出版社に通告することを同意する。
