ご相談なのですが、この間購入させてもらった商品ですが、追加で10個オーダーしたいと考えております。
在庫はありますか？

無理なご相談かもしれませんが、前回140ユーロ・送料込で購入させてもらいましたが、もう少しだけ商品単価を安くしてもらうことは可能ですか？

10個以上の購入で安くすることができるのであれば、その購入数を教えてもらえればと思います。
