私はよく●●をプレゼントとして買います。しかし商品自体の箱が輸送時に破損している事がよくあます。梱包用の段ボールもダメージが酷く、商品の箱に影響があるのは明らかです。私は綺麗な状態でプレゼントしたいので、発送時に梱包用の段ボールに何か対策をして頂けないでしょうか？「取扱い注意」などのステッカーがあれば貼って下さい。宜しくお願いします。

I purchase ●● frequently as a gift but the packaging of the item is often damaged. The cardboard box arrives very damaged and it's pretty clear that the boxes inside are damaged as well. I hope to give my gift in a good condition. I'm wondering if you can do something with the packaging to prevent damages to the contents, for instance placing a "fragile" sticker on the surface. Thank you.
