商品をまだ発送して頂けないのですか？もう●日経過しています。


先日、「●」にて商品の発送依頼をしました。

11月7日に商品が届きましたが、箱にはDHLの記載がありました。
「●」と依頼したのにDHLの記載がある箱が来るのは何故でしょうか？
案の定、中の商品の一つは破損していました。
先日、DHLでの配送で商品が壊れた以来、私は「●」を利用していました。
事実「●」では破損がありませんでした。

「●」というのは虚偽でしょうか？「●」というならば、初めから「●」を使用して下さい！

Is the products still not yet post out? It's been●days past.
The other day,i have made a request of sending the product of 「●」
The Item has arrived on November 7, there was a description record of DHL inside the box.
I request the 「●」but why is it come with a DHL box with description ?
Im Sure enough, one of the products had been damaged.
Since recently,the delivered goods by DHL were destroyed i am using the "●" .
The fact is, by using 「●」there is no any damage.
Is 「●」a falsehood? if it is 「●」, please use 「●」in the begining.
