私は郵便局より、国際送金をする事が出来ます。
但し、送金に1週間から2週間の時間が掛かります。

過去に3回ほど、ドイツの販売者に送金した事が

必要になります。
日本の郵便局はルールが厳しいので、ご理解下さい。

As it seems that you can't receive a payment through PAYPAL,
I can do an international remittance at the post office instead.
However, it takes 1 to 2 weeks to do a transfer.

I was able to remit to a seller in Germany about three times in the past though.

To send money, I would be needing your name and office address as Japanese post offices have stricter rules, hope you understand.
