I purchased A from you on June 25th. As a matter of fact, there was a very big red spot on the arm of the doll. Because it was a present for a friend, I did not notice. However, I recently heard about this from my friend. I want to erase this spot somehow, but it was impossible to take it off even with thinner. I was asked by my friend either to repaint or exchange the arm. Would it be possible for you to repair it? Also, would you happen to have another doll of the same kind? I am truly troubled.
