住まいは、まずは申込書の住所にしっかり住んでいるかどうかが問題です。また何年くらい住んでいるか、持ち家か借家か、また同居人はいるか、1人暮らしか、なども参考とされます。これは、特に収入の判断というより、そのカード所有者が突然いなくなってしまうことがあるかどうか、を判断するものとも思えます。1人暮らしで借家なら、同居人がいて持ち家の人よりも貸し出しのリスクは上がると言うわけです。

年収は特に証明書をつけているわけでもないので、申込書類の申告額で審査しているように思われます。
