商品の箱がないことは聞いていましたが、説明書に書き込みがあったり、欠品しているものもあるようです。

新品と表記されていましたが、袋も開いていていたため中古品と思われます。

In addition to this, I didn't find some accessories.

You claimed that it's a brand new product, but it has already opend.

I guess this is second hand.
