いや、そうではなくて、そちらに先日お伝えしたトラッキングナンバーの商品が御社に届いているか再度確認していただきたいのです。UPSのトラッキングナンバー情報ではでは、９月２１日に届いているとなってますが、”MY　ACCOUNT”の画面上は反映されていません。届いていないということでしょうか？それとも、反映漏れなのでしょうか？再度ご確認いただきたいのです。どうぞよろしくお願い致します。

No, what I meant was whether you received the package which I provided a tracking number the other time. I need a confirmation if you did. According to the UPS, they say it's delivered on September 21, however, it doesn't appear on the "MY ACCOUNT" section. Does that mean you haven't received it yet, or is it simply an error?
