It has been 10 days since I received the email from you. However, I never received the product I ordered.
I emailed you several times asking for the tracking number, but did not receive a reply at all.
As I had not received my order, you should be verifying things on your side. However, you did not offer any support regarding this matter, which I think is irresponsible.
