連絡が、遅くなってごめんなさい。秋冬の商品 に関して彼に確認しましたが申し訳ないのです が返品を希望しております また、追加のオーダーをお願いしまいたがこれ 以上のオーダーはないそうです 理由としては、この時期に追加でオーダーする 予算があるお店がありませんでした。

I am sorry for belated reply. I had spoken to him about autumn/winter collections and, I am sorry to say this, he confirmed that he would like to ask to arrange products return. I had also asked for possibility of additional orders but I was told that there will not be further order to be placed.
