(Injunctive Relief)
Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief as necessary to preserve or protect such party’s Proprietary Information.

(Assignment and Transfer)
JASDA may not assign or otherwise transfer by operation of law or otherwise this Agreement or any rights or obligations herein without the prior express written consent of AMPLI, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.

（差し止めによる救済）
本契約のいかなる規定に反しその定めに関わらず、いずれの当事者も「機密情報」の保持または保護に必要な場合に、一時的または仮の差し止めによる救済を求めることができるものとする。
（譲渡および移転）
JASDAは、AMPLIからの事前の書面による許可なく、法に基づく手続きまたはその他のいかなる方法によっても、本契約または本契約に定めのあるいかなる権利や義務の譲渡もしくはその他の移転を行ってはならないものとする。
