添付ファイルの納品された商品は、プリント部分に下げ札のバーコードの色が付着されています。イタリアでもこのような問題は起きていませんか。商品を交換したいので在庫状況を教えてください。次回、このような問題がないように出荷して下さい。
そしてこの支払いをA社に請求したいのですが、ご連絡先を教えてください。
また、未入荷状況を確認しましたが100ｐｃｓでした。これから入荷しても販売する時期が限られるのでキャンセルでお願いします。
Attached file is the product we received. It has got color on printed area from barcode tag. Is this kind of problem happening in Italy too? We would like to exchange the product we received, so please let us know how much stock you have. Also, please make sure that there will not be the same kind of problem next time you will ship product to us.
