First I am very sorry for the damage to the amp. We strive very hard to provide secure packaging for challenging items such as this. I always provide insurance free of charge on high value items. That being said I cant eat $200 when I have all ready paid for insurance out of my pocket. If you wish to keep the amp, I need to work with UPS. If not we will refund your purchase.
