I roughly know what you are trying to say.
Identification submitted to Paypal recently, which the name and address has to be the same on the driving license.
Whereby, the provided delivery address was written in Japanese, isn't that alittle bit confused?
If so, could you please contact Paypal and try to have them change it back to english if possible.
