同ホテルでは、静岡駅から30分のリゾートMICEとし て、県外や海外からの誘客にも積極的に取り組む。宴会施設として、バンケットホール5会場（最大520平米×天井6ｍ）、和宴会場3会場（最大 64帖）を有するほか、約2万坪の芝生庭園ももつ。その他、オフサイトミーティングプランの用意もある。

延床面積は約1万9000平米、地上6階建て。客室総数は80室で、平均45平米のゆったりとした造りだ。宿泊予約はすでに開始している。

The hotel takes a proactive stance on inviting visitors from out of the prefecture and even from overseas, as a resort MICE which is 30 minutes away from Shizuoka Station. As banquet facilities, the hotel has 5 banquet halls (maximum up to 520 square meters × 6 meter ceiling), Japanese banquet halls (maximum up to 64 quires), and also 20,000 tsubo of a lawn garden. And the hotel also has an off-site meeting plan ready for the visitors.

Total floor area is 19,000 square meters, and 6 stories high. There are 80 guest rooms with the average of 45 square meters for each room, which makes the hotel a comfortable place to be. The reservations for accommodations has already begun.
