Thank you for your recent order. It is our company policy to verify card ownership on all new customers of ours especially international orders. Unfortunately, we were unable to get the required verification of card ownership from the issuing bank or credit card by fax. You may contact them to see why they have not responded to my request. At this point we are going to need copies of the front and back of your credit card as well as a government issued photo id to verify card ownership. If it makes you feel more comfortable you may cover all but the last four digits of the card number. If you are not wanting to do that, we will need a certified check/money order or a wire transfer as form of payment.

ご注文いただきましてありがとうございます。海外からの新規のご注文に対し、カード所有者の確認をする事が我が社の決まりとなっております。申し訳ございませんが、支給されました銀行、クレジットカードからのファックスによるカード所有者の確認を取ることができませんでした。我々の依頼に対し、銀行又はクレジットカード会社が返答しなかった理由に対しましては直接お問い合わせください。現時点では、私どもはあなたのクレジットカードの両面のコピーと、政府から発行されている写真付き身分証明書のコピーが必要となります。もし差支えがあるようでしたら、（コピーする際）クレジットカード番号の最後の４桁以外の番号は隠していただいて構いません。他の方法といたしましては、公認小切手／郵便為替または、電信送金を利用しお支払いする方法もございます。
