本当に商品を送ったんですか？しかもトラッキング番号は無しですか？
私は、9月16日にこの商品を注文しました。もうすぐ10日が経とうとしています。
しかも、この商品を日本へ送るように依頼をしました。どこに送ったんですか？
もし、今週中に届かないなら、あなたは送っていないと思われても仕方が無いです。
今月一杯待ちますが、本当に私は到着を待っています。

Did you really send it? And yet there's no tracking number for it?
I made my order on Sept. 26th. Almost 10 days have passed since then.
Also, I asked for you to send it to Japan. Where did you send it?
If it doesn't arrive sometime this week then I have no choice but to assume you didn't send it.
I have waited quite a bit this month, but I really am hoping it'll get here.
