お腹の脂肪が気になる方に。遺伝子組み換えでない丹波黒豆使用。①ティーバッグ1袋を急須に入れ、約100ccの熱湯を注ぎ蓋をし、しばらくしてお好みの濃さになれば出来上がりです。(湯飲み茶碗約2杯)②約1リットル用のやかんにバッグ1袋を入れ、とろ火で10分~15分間位煮出して下さい。お好みの濃さになれば火を止めて、できるだけ早く荒さましをして下さい。荒さましを怠った場合、香味、風味が少なくなります。③黒豆茶漬け。ごはんに梅干、塩昆布を乗せて黒豆茶を注げば出来上がり。

1. Place one tea bag to a pot, and pour about 100 cc of hot water. Wait until the tea turns to the color to you desire and enjoy. (It serves 2 Japanese tea cups.)
2. Prepare a kettle with about 1 liter of hot water, put one tea bag in it to boil 10 - 15 mins at a low heat.
