届いていませんか？

それと、私はEMS以外の発送方法を使用しません。
追跡番号付きのEMSで大丈夫ですか？

また、$50を明記するとはどういうことですか？
EMSで発送する際に伝票に$50と記載すればいいのですか？

Is it all right to send by EMS with tracking number?

Does it mean that I should write-down "$50" on the form when I send by EMS?
