サンプルを弊社の品質管理課でチェックをしましたところ、下記品番で色落ち等がみられます。サンプルと同じレベルでバルクも仕上がるとなると販売できるかどうかわかりません。バルクでは改良していただくようにメーカーにご連絡お願い致します。特にスパンコールシリーズは良く売れており、ショップでのかなり契約をつけております。問題は、ドライクリーニング・水・手洗い等で汚染・変色が、発生。また、スパンコールが、ドライ・水で色落ちして剥げてしまいます。せめて手洗いで処理できるレベルに改良希望

We've checked samples at our quality control department, below item codes are observed in fade colors and the others. We are not sure whether we can sell those items if the bulk items are made like same level of the samples. Please contact and ask the manufacturer to improve the products when it's bulk items. Especially spangle series are selling particularly well, and we get considerable business agreements in the shops. The problem is that contamination and fading are occurred by dry cleaning , water or hand wash. We would like you to improve the items at least the level to hand wash level.
