以前、DVDを注文した吉田です。
注文した商品に関しましては、「状態に問題があったために返金処理をした」という連絡がありました。
ですが、この度、返金処理をされたはずのDVDが届きました。
大変嬉しいのですが、この商品に関しましては、このまま頂いてもよろしいのでしょうか？

I am Mr Yoshida who ordered a DVD previously.

Regarding the item I ordered, I received a notification stating [There was a problem with the items condition so we have given you a refund].

However the DVD I was meant to receive a refund for arrived.

I would be very pleased to just keep the item as is.

I await a response.
