何故返金されないのでしょうか？

また金券を使えるとしても在庫のない商品は$690分で、クレジットにも請求がきていますが、$510なのですか？
もし金券なら$690分ではないでしょうか？

Then why you don't refund?

The item which is not available is $690, and I also have a same amount of bill on my credit card.
Then please explain to me why the store credit is ONLY $510 instead of $610.
It should be $610, shouldn't it?
