来場者が展示会の事前参加登録を行なう際、「Evernote」のアカウント情報を記入。展示会当日、登録者は自身のアカウント情報が記録されたICタグを会場受付で受け取り、展示会場の興味を持ったブースにリーダとして設置されたNFC搭載デバイスにかざすと、来場者の「Evernote」に商品概要などの資料データが届く流れとなっている。
また出展企業や団体が展示会で配布する資料のペーパーレス化も実現。さらに来場者にダイレクトメール（DM）を送信するといったプロモーションの負荷を削減できる。

When paticipants come to a exhibition for an advance paticipation enrollment, they write the account of "Evernote". On the day of the exhibition, participants receive an IC tag which is recorded an account information, and when they scan it into a device loading NFC in the booth where the device is placed, the outline of the data will be sent to paticipants' "Evernote".
Also, we fulfilled to cut the paper consumpution that exhibiting firms and groups destribute in the exhibition. Moreover, we are able to reduce burden of promotion such as sending direct e-mail to paticipants.
