参加キャンセルの処理について
イベントの参加者受付期間中に有料イベントに申し込んだ参加者が参加をキャンセルした場合everevoシステムが自動的に払い戻し処理を行います
On that occasion a maximum of 8.6% + 40 yen of handling costs (the everevo system's handling charge for usage is 5%, and the maximum handling charge for PayPal is 3.6% and on top of that the 40 yen) will be withdrawn. The receipt will be sent to the participant from PayPal.
Our company will play as an intermediary between the participant and the promoter.
About the PayPal handling charges (PayPal's official rules) and the process of cancelling participation, if a participant has signed up for a paid event, and cancels it within the period it's still sold, the everevo system will ensure that the payment is automatically returned.
