From what you've said, it sounds like that before you were able to search for items by locations and now that tab is not available. For example you could search for items that were available for shipping to Japan and now that option is no longer available.

I did some research for your question and it looks like that recently there have been some changes made on our site. The reason why we took off that column is because before our Japanese members could view all the items that were sold on eBay (even the ones that did not ship to Japan) and now with these new changes, you only see the items that ship to Japan.
