こんにちは。ご返信ありがとうございます。canonサービスにカメラを見せに行きました。やはり本体のＡＦに関する部分の内部破損が原因との事です。発送中の故障もあるかもしれないとの事です。詳しくは内部を開けないとわからず、結果が出るまでに２週間程かかるようです。当方は新しい物を購入する事に決めました。出品前にcanonで見てもらっているのであればそちらで保証がきくかもしれませんね。運送時の場合ならそちらで対処してもらえればと思います。返品しますので返金の程宜しくお願い致します。
Hello. Thank you for your reply. I went to canon service to show the camera. As I thought, the reason is internal breaking of the part related to AF of the body. They said it may be broken during shipping. They cannot know for the detail unless they open the internal part and it will take about 2 weeks. I decided to purchase new one. If that was shown by canon before exhibiting, it may be receive compensation there. I would like you to cope with this if it is the case happened during shipping. I will return the goods so please refund.
