あなたのメールの意味がよくわかりませんが、私も安全に取引したいと思っています。私はebay初心者で英語も得意でありません。また、店舗を持っているわけでもなく、個人の消費者です。ですので、ebayのガイドラインに沿って取引したいです。
ebayを通せば、何か問題が起きた時にebayやpaypalの保護の対象となりますよね？そういうわけでオークションでの入札をしてもいいですか？

I'd like to trade following ebay guidelines because I don't have any shops and I'm just a customer.
If I trade through ebay, when I get some trouble, I'm under the protection of ebay(or paypal), right?
