Except for the provisions of your new agreement noted above that already have taken effect, your new agreement takes effect on July 10, 2010. Since your interest rates and fees have not changed, except as indicated above, we have not enclosed this document with your new agreement. Instead, your existing rates, margins and fees will remain a part of your new agreement.
